Ms. Lia genuinely embodied hospitality, welcoming me with a warm coffee and a thoughtfully detailed map brimming with local highlights and hidden gems. The impeccably clean and inviting atmosphere made my solo adventure not only safe but profoundly enriching, and the attentive service left me feeling valued and cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel for anyone seeking both comfort and convenience in the heart of Venice.
